The Audi Q7 is a large, luxurious SUV long on refinement, comfort and active safety features. The 2010 Audi Q7 benefits from some freshening inside and out, including new trim features and equipment upgrades. Based on the same platform as the Porsche Cayenne and Volkswagen Touareg, the Q7 is a paragon of driving elegance and interior refinement. The Q7 rides on a longer wheelbase, however, and it has a more compliant ride than the Volkswagen and Porsche. The Q7 is also longer overall than the other two, and it is the only one to offer three-row seating.
